What is physical activity?

Good Physical activity simply put is moving in a way that works off the intake (food) that you have consumed during your regular day. If you don't move then what do you think your body does with all the excess? Thats right! It stores it! Get rid of that excess by moving it can be fair, but energetic. Walking, jogging, walking your dog, or pushing a stroller, dancing, yoga, martial arts, even a walk in the shopping mall or gardening. Give your body vital nutrients and burn what is not needed, eat right and get active at least 30 minutes a day

.

There are many activities to choose from;

Walking, joging, or running.

Swim, aerobics, climbing, or bicycling.

Dancing, martial arts, kickboxing, or boxing.

Sports; baseball, softball, tennis, golf, football, basketball, racquetball, hand ball, soccer, hockey, or wrestling.

Weight training, lifting, moderate or with vigor.
