The main problem with Americans today is lack of physical activity and poor eating habits. With work and careers on the mind 24/7 how does one find time to eat right and exercise?

The first step requires proper planning and understanding what your priorities are. The reason why you work so hard is because you care about your life. However, few people realize that if they only took a extra few minutes a day to schedule more time for themselves that they would get more work done, have more energy than usual, and be happier about their lives and work. Exercise and proper eating habits takes discipline and time management, but everyone can fit it into their schedule. For example, try waking up 15 minutes earlier in the morning and going for either a walk, jog, or run. This will give you an extra boost in the morining by increasing blood flow. You will be more prepared for your day both physically and mentally. Everyone's lives are different so take a moment right now to schedule time for yourself. Add years to your life by taking a moment now.

Here is some motivation for you. Just think how much more money you could make if you added years to your life. Exercise and diet will make you happier, more productive, and of course healthier. So please take some time for your self and live healthy.
